Based on stakeholder analysis and a survey within the target group, the guide explores crucial aspects such as digital culture, technology’s role in entrepreneurship, and the benefits of digital tools. The findings will be compiled into an online handbook, serving as both preparation material for a training activity and a standalone resource for those seeking to enhance their entrepreneurial digital mindset and skills.

Online Seminar (e-Course) Curriculum “Digital Well-Being” (Project Results) – The Republic of North Macedonia. Focused on promoting digital health and wellbeing, the curriculum equips youth workers and trainers to empower young women entrepreneurs with essential skills, covering internet safety, phishing awareness, digital wellbeing, and tackling addiction to gaming and social media.

Online Seminar (e-Course) Curriculum “Basic Principles of Strategic Marketing” (Project Results) – Belgium. Through this Curriculum, participants will explore topics such as the importance of digital marketing, online marketing strategies, web-based marketing, writing for social media, and digital branding. The training aims to equip young women with the knowledge and competences needed to develop effective online marketing strategies, utilizing the power of segmentation, automation, personalization, and advanced analytics to enhance brand engagement.

Serious Video Game for Digital Entrepreneurship Education (Project Results) – Greece. This Serious Game combines education with an entertaining video game structure, fostering a fun learning experience. The cross-platform game, featuring 3D scenarios and augmented reality, simulates real-time business scenarios, enhancing digital entrepreneurial knowledge, digital skills acquisition, and language training.

Info-Days in Thessaloniki, Bucharest, Bitola, Ankara, Brussels, Veroia (Multiplier Events). Presentation of the OMEGA move; Goals, activities, progress, and expected results. Roundtable discussions about the project subject with the goal of localizing weak points and gain a better understanding and unveil eventual changes in the needs of the respective target groups and stakeholders.

Digital Literacy for Young Female Entrepreneurs (Training Activity) – Romania. This youth worker training program enhances digital literacy for young female entrepreneurs, covering IT basics, social media, and productivity software. Addressing emerging technologies, the program fosters competencies in information management, communication, digital media, and internet safety. The goal is to reskill participants as independent technology users, empowering them to train young women in digital skills.

Virtual Business Management (Training Activity) – Greece. This training immerses youth workers and trainers in virtual business simulations, where they act as a board of directors managing a startup. Through an interdisciplinary approach and case-based scenarios, participants develop practical business skills, critical analysis, and teamwork. After completion, they become Ambassadors, using the training as a model to empower young women in business skills.
