ABOUT US
The OMEGA project, a collaborative effort by six European organizations, addresses challenges faced by young women (ages 15-24) in workforce integration. Using digital technology strategically, the project aims to enhance employability, foster entrepreneurship, and support socio-educational growth. With a focus on countries with high youth unemployment, OMEGA emphasizes the urgent need for initiatives to improve young women’s lives. OMEGA sets objectives for the professional growth of youth workers, promoting new behaviors, enhancing digital literacy and business skills, improving language and communication skills, and instilling a contemporary entrepreneurial mindset.
